What I think I’m going to achieve during naptime:
- Eat a nutritious lunch
- An entire day’s work
- All the chores
- All the admin
- Exercise
- Read some of my book
- Maybe even write some of my book!
What I actually do during naptime:
- Have the wee I’ve needed all morning
- Eat half-chewed toast slumped against the Kitchen counter, processing the trauma of the day so far
- Realise I don’t have time for anything else
- Move everything from today’s to-do list onto tomorrow’s because tomorrow I will have my shit together
